LADOCS – management software
LA’s real estate services proposal, based on the volume of properties served, their distribution across the country and the diversity of agencies involved, requires software that monitors due dates, distributes orders and services, hosts a collection of documents and plans, in addition to being available in a web environment, enabling remote access at any transmission speed.
With its own investment, LA developed and patented LADOCS, management software, with its own database and SQL-Server manager, a configuration that allows the customization of the client’s “online” consultation screens and reports, seeking to fully meet their expectations.
Tool developed by LA itself, the result of 26 years of experience in providing services and current market needs.
This software is structured to format any service required by the real estate market, control execution and inform in real time the schedule of each professional involved, in addition to centralizing the entire digital collection of each property. All supported by a state-of-the-art SQL Server database.
One of the functions of LADOCS is to host the entire collection of documents for each property in digital format, including its projects in AO-ABNT format.
The digitalized documents will serve the LA’s field operations in conducting and managing real estate legalization processes, as well as providing assistance for any inspections of the managed property, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another important function of the digital collection is to allow the manager immediate access to any document, including printing and copying, always in a non-editable format.
Access to any documents, such as licenses, projects and certificates, will be allowed to the user, in real time, from anywhere in the world, including via smartphone.
